After protestors block the street, law enforcement deploys pepper spray and flashbangs against them. The driver and 8 protestors are detained.

ICE agents detain 14-year-old girl after pulling over her brothers and drive her to detention center in New York. Homeland Security Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis says ICE agents rescued her from suspected gang members. A federal judge has ordered her release by March 12th.
